Take on the challenge. 

 

The goal is to get 25,000 steps per week, that's a minimum of 3,571 steps per day.

 

YOU CAN DO IT. 

Walking is a great way to lose weight, improve cardiovascular endurance, build core strength, and manage stress.

 

All you have to do is 

  1. Register & Pay $10 registration fee

  2. Submit a screen shot of your steps for the week every Sunday (even if you don't hit 25,000 steps)

  3. WALK

 

The WINNER of the 8 Week Step Challenge receives a Fitbit Charge 5 of their choice. All participants will receive a prize.
